Hot and cold packs can be used throughout your breastfeeding journey in a variety of ways. Use hot or cold to assist with conditions such as engorgement, mastitis and blocked ducts. Heat can help opening vessels allowing increased flow of milk. Cold can help with discomfort associated with engorgement. Read the booklet included in the baskets for more information regarding this product.

Gel Pads (outer): PVC, Polyester.
Gel Pads (inner): 61% water, 4% Glycerol, 4% Carboxymethyl cellulose.

Please inspect heat/cold packs to ensure are intact. If any holes or leaking of gel noted dispose immediately. If any gel comes in contact with skin or eyes rinse thoroughly with warm water and seek medical advice.
Do not overheat or leave on skin as can cause serious burns. Do not leave on skin without cloth covering as can cause burns if frozen or warmed.
